Refund & Return Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before shipment for a full refund.  We typically ship orders by the next business day. If the order is canceled after the product has been shipped,  the customer will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may be charged.   If you have a question or cancellation request, please email our customer service team at CS@surgebulbs.com.

For Defective Products

If your product is defective in any way, please contact our customer service team at CS@surgebulbs.com for replacement at no charge.

Returns are accepted by mail.  You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.  You must first contact our customer service department. The customer will be required to provide the return shipping label unless otherwise instructed by the customer service agent.

If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team at CS@surgebulbs.com.  You will be issued an RMA number and address to send the product back to.

Products that have been used can be returned but are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Original shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded and the customer is responsible for all return shipping and shipping labels.  All refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used to make the purchase.  It usually takes between 7-10 days for the refund to be fully processed and returned.
